Custom Procedure
Morstar is starting for production 19″ rack mount and server rack cabinet, we are keeping on satisfied customers’ new required through an efficiency mutual communication to really know what’s exactly need and its budget to develop all new products under this way, in addition, we can quick integration different product item in one shipment for one project. When facing the raw materials and labor cost continually increased, we have invested in a new tooling and Automatic Machines in forming, stamping. pressing and spraying painting to short the production procedure enable to low down the process and whole producing made by auto-machine from raw materials input /pressing /cutting to final forming get into one process enable to make sure stable quality and keep steady production cost
Make New Sample Procedure
To make an initial sample for customer approval. While the sample get approval by the customer and received the formal order which will enter to our order procedure to go ahead its production/shipping contact/delivery and documents keeping track until the cargo arrival to customer warehouse, but if the sample is not tested ok. by the customer, then it will return to our R&D and production dept to check how to improve it and arrange its next sample to customer checking until it be tested and approval ok. by customer.

Our research and development engineers are continually developing the new products to meet the newest trend of the market and improved current products with more advantages and join the OEM /ODM project to meet customer special requirement according to their market need, for example we created over 10 kinds of different door type for 19inch server cabinet and able produce any size of depth and height cabinet for OEM project., in addition nearly a hundred kind of cabinet accessories and networking parts for different project required , besides, our special design of each products package enables to save the measurement a lots to save its space and freight cost.

RMA Procedure
Quality Control & RMA Procedure
Morstar offer Return Merchandise Authorization Process for our products We are very concerned the quality assurance and each complaint from the customer on the service or the products self we will have a strict procedure to make further checking and find out its’ real happen reasons and do further analyze to get a final solution to prevent any same happen again.
each shipment we keep to track it until the customer receive that cargo and we also do double-check with customer if all cargo they had received under in good condition and all of item and qty in correct , in addition , when we receive the products complain from the customer, we first check all complaint details with customer and issue an RMA form to fill all details included the shipment number/production batch number / certain item/qty / defected details / defected products photos
and check if it is under warranty period, if yes will first send spare parts to the customer to do replacement immediately then next to analyze to find out the problem reasons and send its back to R&D and production dept to find out a solution to prevent it happens again. If the defeated products had been over warranty period, then will check and discuss with the customer to find out a best and fast and economic solution for them.
